1st ANNUAL COACH COLLODI YOUTH FOOTBALL CAMP

WHO: All students entering grades 2nd through 8th in the fall of 2023

WHERE: Mt Lebanon High School

> Day 1 is at Upper Field

> Day 2 is at Stadium

WHEN: May 17 and 18 from 5:30pm to 8:00pm

STAFF: LEBO Varsity Head Coach Mike Collodi, staff, and players

FEE: $100/camper includes camp T-shirt

Camp Details:

Drills are Non-contact, designed to teach football fundamentals
Competition and Fun Games
Open to all students entering grades 2nd through 8th as of the fall of 2023
Students will be grouped with their appropriate grade(s)
Football cleats or tennis shoes recommended
Dress in workout clothes
Please arrive at 5:30pm so we can start promptly at 6:00pm
All campers MUST bring their own water bottle

Athletes will be exposed to our approach to physical & mental development, including proper running/speed mechanics, drills to enhance change of direction, proper form for on-field strength training. Players will also learn fundamental football skills including proper & safe tackling form, pace and intensity of practice-type reps, and simulated live football scenarios.

As the parent or legal Guardian of the child named above, I hereby give my full consent and approval for my child to participate as a member in the Youth/Middle School Football Camp. I understand that there are certain risks of injury inherent in the practice and play of this sport, as well as in traveling and other related activities incidental to my child’s participation, and I am willing to assume these risk on behalf of my child. I hereby certify that my child is fully capable of participating in the designated camp and that my child is healthy and has no physical or mental disabilities or infirmities that would restrict full participation in these activities, except as disclosed in the physical conditions question of the registration.

In addition to giving my full consent for my child’s participation, I do hereby waive, release and hold harmless the organization (Blue Devil Club and TD Club) named, its officers, coaches, sponsors, supervisors, and representatives for any injury that may be suffered by child in the normal course of participation in the designated sports and the activities incidental thereto, whether the result of negligence or any other cause.
